Preparing for Birth: Workshop Series

New year, new workshop offerings!

This Winter/Spring we will be offering weekly drop-in classes on different birth and labour topics every Monday! Starting January 13th 2025-March 31st 2025.

Next Monday we will be beginning with a Meet the Labour Doulas/Intro to Birth Doula Support with our Labour Doulas Mel and Tagwanibisan.
Mel is a certified Labour Doula full time with Motherwit Ottawa and Aunties on the Road and
Tagwanibisan is certified with Doula Canada.

We kindly ask that you register in advance. Each session is independent, however if you attend each of our classes (10) you will be given an official certificate of completion at the end! Birth partners are also encouraged to attend!
